New to childcare - Incident Register.  Collate your records on computer, in a simple to key in form, from incident reports, illness register and notifiable diseases.  You can print out the results in graph form which will tell you exactly what injuries have occurred, the time of day, which group, playground or room plus more.  At a glance you will see all illnesses, and in which group they were recorded.
